Housing Solution Fund is a local currency real estate investment trust authorised and registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Nigeria. It was conceptualised alongside its development partners, to provide innovative market based solution to stimulate housing demand and sustainably scale housing supply by investing in affordable and accessible long-dated home loans offered to eligible homebuyers in partnership with participating lending institutions and pre-qualified housing developers.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Our investment strategy is to generate attractive current yields and risk-adjusted total returns over the medium term for our investors whilst contributing to the alleviation of the housing deficit in Nigeria by investing in affordable home loan assets that we believe compensate us appropriately for the risks associated with them. The Fund’s pipeline of residential home loans has been developed principally through relationships with high-quality developers of affordable housing and home loan origination from participating lending banks

Through strategic partnerships, Housing Solution Fund aims to leverage long term domestic institutional capital to redefine the process through which affordable housing is accessible to the homebuyer, making it simpler, more affordable and more convenient for people to access housing finance.
